TOTAL ANTIOXIDANT CAPACITY, PHENOLIC COMPOUNDS AND SUGAR CONTENT OF TURKEY Ziziphus jujubes

The phenolic compounds, sugar, mineral contents and antioxidant capacity of the Ziziphus jujube (Hunnap) fruits collected from five different locations in Turkey were determined.
