Summary:The work is done from recognizing the training needs of teachers of technological colleges in Ecuador, since it appears as regularly as they do not have an initial teacher training and other in the area of their professional expertise, for example engineers, economists, lawyers, lawyers, among others. For this reason the present work aims the proposal of theoretical and methodological reflections concerning the process of building permanent teacher training projects. This result of the doctoral research carried out on this subject, with the application of empirical and theoretical methods which set proposals contributing to the solution of this<br />problem.
