A circular iteration for simultanoeus finding all zeros of polynomial(一个并行计算多项式全部零点的圆盘迭代法)

运用加速技巧，提出了求解复多项式全部零点的圆盘算术法，考虑了其收敛定理和收敛条件，使收敛价提高到7阶，而计算工作量增加不多。
