目的 探讨黏液瘤性颅内多发动脉瘤在具有明确左心房黏液瘤病史人群中的发病情况。 方法 本文以2002年1月-2009年12月北京安贞医院因左心房黏液瘤行手术切除肿瘤，并经术后病理 证实诊断的83例患者为研究对象，患者行全脑数字减影血管造影（digital subtraction angiography，DSA）、 计算机断层扫描血管成像（computed tomography angiography，CTA）或磁共振血管造影（magnetic resonance angiography，MRA）检查，筛查患者中黏液瘤性颅内动脉瘤的发病情况。 结果 83例患者中，48例（58%）经电话随访获取其术...
