Successful treatment of penetrable severe cranio-cerebral trauma
The observation of penetrable severe skull base trauma caused by the circle of angle grinder is described. Bifrontal decompressive craniectomy was performed, corpus alien and bone shallow fragments were extracted, skull base plastics was performed using patient’s tissues.
