Clonal diversity predicts persistence of SARS-CoV-2 epitope-specific T-cell response

The clonotypes of CD8+ T cells specific to 9 SARS-CoV-2 epitopes are identified from COVID-19 convalescent patients and the longitudinal study of these clonotypes reveals that T cell persistence correlates with TCR diversity.
