While much of the literature suggests that eating close to bedtime disrupts sleep quality, recent findings propose that considering dietary content may yield different outcomes, potentially enhancing certain sleep parameters. This study seeks to examine the association between meal timing and sleep parameters, aiming to shed light on this complex relationship.
