用离子色谱和电感耦合等离子体质谱联用法同时测定样品中三价铬和六价铬.经ICS-AG 14 A(Dionex,USA)阴离子色谱柱分离,60 mmol/L HNO3淋洗液淋洗,用等离子体质谱仪(m/z 50,52和53)在线测定了Cr( Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ), 并对影响测定的各种因素进行了研究,该方法可以在2 min内分离并测定Cr( Ⅲ)和Cr( Ⅵ).
