Determination of chromium (Ⅲ) and chromium (Ⅵ) in urine by ion chromatography with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(离子色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱联用检测尿样中的三价铬和六价铬)
用离子色谱和电感耦合等离子体质谱联用法同时测定样品中三价铬和六价铬.经ICS-AG 14 A(Dionex，USA）阴离子色谱柱分离，60 mmol/L HNO3淋洗液淋洗，用等离子体质谱仪(m/z 50，52和53）在线测定了Cr( Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ), 并对影响测定的各种因素进行了研究，该方法可以在2 min内分离并测定Cr（ Ⅲ）和Cr( Ⅵ). Cr（ Ⅲ）和Cr(Ⅵ)的检出限（S/N=3，m/z 53）分别为0.05 µg/L和0.5 µg/L.线性范围(m/z 53)从0.5 µg/L到500 µg/L跨越4个数量级.RS.D. （n=6，m/z 52）优于2%，本方法应用于尿样中的...
