Me4NSO4SnI3: SYNTHESIS AND INFRARED STUDY

Allowing (Me4N)2SO4•2H2O to react with SnI4, yields Me4NSO4SnI3. Its IR study allowed suggesting an infinite chain structure, the environment around the Sn(I)V center being trigonal bipyramidal.
