description The text divulges results of an activity developed to qualify the initial formation of professors of chemistry objectifying the impacts of the virtual Circles of Conversations in the initial formation of these teachers, making possible the emersion of teacher feeling about the pedagogical practice itself. The data collected virtually on the Circles of Conversations were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed through Content Analysis and Graph Theory. The results are sufficient to break with the resistance within teacher training courses when it is a possibility of the to develop extension actions that favor a systematization of the skills and abilities of future teachers to create, improve and apply teaching methodologies.
