ON THE LEGAL ESSENCE AND CONTENT OF CORRUPTION CRIME
The article analyzes the legal categories of "corruption", "delinquency", the scientific literature on the issue, which gives the basis for defining the corruption crime. The features of corruption crime corpus delicti are described.
