Factorial degrees and triangular matrices
Increasing and decreasing factorial degrees as well as identities of Nørlund and Vandermonde are generalized in the article. By means of factorial degrees with a step it is selected so called class of factorial numerical triangles, elements of which satisfy some recurrent relation.
