Rare-earth schiff-base complex for styrene polymerization(稀土席夫碱配合物催化苯乙烯聚合)

采用简便的方法合成了稀土席夫碱配合物Nd(H2 Salen)2Cl3 •2C2H5OH(H2Salen是指N,N'-disalicylideneethylenediamine), 用红外光谱、元素分析和络合滴定的方法确定了配合物的分子式.发现Nd(H2Salen)2Cl3 ·2C2H5OH与Al(i-Bu)3和CCl4组成的三元催化体系是苯乙烯(St)溶液聚合的良好催化剂.在St/Nd摩尔比为1 000的低催化剂用量下,50 ℃聚合20 h,可以制得50%转化率,粘均相对分子质量为17.5×104,全同结构为52.3%,间规结构为47.7%的聚苯乙烯....
