ИСПАРЕНИЕ ХАЛЬКОГЕНИДНЫХ СТЕКЛООБРАЗНЫХ ПОЛУПРОВОДНИКОВ ПРИ ПУЗЫРЬКОВОМ МЕХАНИЗМЕ РАЗОГРЕВА МАТЕРИАЛА В ИСПАРИТЕЛЕ
The process of vaporization upon bubble boiling of HGS in the evaporator is described. It is shown that reduction of evaporator surface free energy stabilize the centers of bubbles generation and thereby provide the stable speed of HGS evaporation from the whole active surface of evaporator.
