COMPONENŢA AMINOACIDĂ A OLIGOPEPTIDELOR ŞI AMINOACIZILOR LIBERI DIN BIOMASA DE SPIRULINĂ CULTIVATĂ ÎN PREZENŢA UNOR COMPUŞI COORDINATIVI AI Fe(III) ŞI Zn(II)
Amino acid composition of oligopeptids and amino acids fractions in spirulina biomass cultivated in the presence of some coordinative compounds of Fe(III) and Zn(II) has been determined. High content of essential and especially immunoactive amino acids was pointed out in this study.
