description The decolorization of Qinghai flaxseed oil was carried out by the method of adsorption decolorization.The decolorization rate at wavelength of 665 nm was selected as the experiment indicator,and the effects of 3 single-factors (decolorization temperature,decolorization time and addition amount of adsorbent) on the decolorization process were studied.On the basis of single - factors experiment,3-variable 3-level response surface methodology were conducted to optimize the decolorization process.The results showed that the optimum conditions of the decolorization process were as follows: the decolorization temperature was 71 ℃,the decolorization time was 23 minutes,the amount of adsorbent was 4.3%,and the decolorization rate was 77.59%.
