Differential ion mobility mass spectrometry in immunopeptidomics identifies neoantigens carrying colorectal cancer driver mutations

An optimized method for mass spectrometry based immunopeptidomics analysis using high-field asymmetric waveform ion mobility spectrometry is presented and identifies 44,815 HLA-bound peptides (HLAp) from colorectal cancer samples.
