GOVERNMENT ACTIONS ADDRESSING THE MINERS’ PROTESTS IN KUZBASS DURING THE TRANSITION TO THE MARKET ECONOMY (1992 – 1999)
The article examines the actions of local, state and federal governments addressing the miners’ protests in Kuzbass during the transition to the market economy. The general and specific approaches to solving the miners’ problems are revealed.
