N-Hexyl-0-glucosyl sphingosine, an inhibitor of glucosyl ceramide, β-glucosidase
A synthetic analog of glucocerebroside, N-hexyl-0-glucosyl sphingosine, was found to inhibit the glucosidase in rat spleen that hydrolyzes glucocerebroside.
