Crystal structure, spectral, thermo-gravimetric and antibacterial properties of Zn(Ⅱ) ofloxacin complex(氧氟沙星锌配合物的结构、光谱性质与抗菌活性)
合成了以氧氟沙星(ofloxacin,ofo)为配体的锌(Ⅱ)配合物Zn(ofo)2 (H2O) • 2H2O,报道了锌配合物的单晶结构:三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数为a=9.306(1)Å,b=11.331(1)Å,c=17.787 (2) Å,α= 92.667(1)°,β = 94.898(2)°, γ= 92.071(2)°,V= 1865.1(3)Å3,Z=2,Dc = 1.496 mg • m-3,畸变的四方锥形配位几何构型,其中锥顶上的氧原子来自水分子,锥底的4个氧原子来自两个氧氟沙星的羧酸根和酮基;探讨了该配合物的红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、固体荧光光谱性质,对配合物的热稳定...
