RhoGDIα regulates spermatogenesis through Rac1/cofilin/F-actin signaling
RhoGDIα knockout mice show low male fertility and compromised spermatogenesis, with an underlying defect in F-actin cytoskeleton depolymerisation, which can be alleviated by inhibiting Rac1.
