Carbon fibre electrode modified by electropolymerization of phenothiazine dyes and its electrocatalysis toward the reduction of hemoglobin(电聚合染料修饰碳纤维电极及对血红蛋白电催化的研究)

报道了碳纤维电极上两种染料(硫堇和亚甲基绿)在不同介质中的电聚合行为,并对电聚合机理进行了探讨.采用恒电位下、碱性介质中电聚合的亚甲基绿修饰碳纤维电极,在+ 0.6~—0.4 V电位范围内,在pH4.4 NaAc-HAc缓冲介质中,表现出相当可逆的两质子参与的氧化还原行为.该修饰电极具有极好的稳定性,它能够大大加快血红蛋白在电极上的电子传递速度,使其具有很好的电流响应,有望用于实际样品分析和流动体系的分析....
