L’azione di nullità selettiva dell’investitore: dinamiche processuali e criticità
The paper analyzes the problem of the so-called “nullità selettiva”, by which the investor challenges just a few of the orders issued to the bank in accordance to the contract. In particular, the study deals with the procedural aspects of such action.
