It was qualitative descriptive, part of the Participatory Action Research. Used as unstructured interview technique, participant observation, and as an instrument interview script. Performing the analysis and interpretation by Atlas Ti program. It concluded that disability is one of the contradictions present in learning environments, so you do not have the right to address it in educational institutions strategies, generating endowment teachers xperience as folk, and able to face the challenge of a loving and responsible manner
