USE OF MELATONIN IN THE TREATMENT OF SLEEP DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH PARKINSON’S DISEASE
<p>The paper analyzes the causes and clinical manifestations of sleep and awakening disorders in Parkinson’s disease, describes clinical cases with dyssomnia at the early and extensive stages of the disease and the efficiency of using melatonin to normalize circadian rhythm.</p>
