A rare case of spontaneous abdominal aorta thrombosis

Abstract Spontaneous aortic thrombosis is rare, and prompt diagnosis is needed whenever encountering a case of unexplained abdominal pain. The cause of the thrombosis needs to be evaluated thoroughly to rule out any underlying thrombophilias.
