The relationship of floral differentiation and ABP gene expression on cucumber cotyledon cultures(黄瓜子叶培养物的花芽分化和ABP基因表达间的关系)

黄瓜子叶培养物在pH7.0的培养基上培养1d而后转入正常培养基(pH5.8),能显著提高黄瓜子叶培养物的成花率。对pH7.0处理1d的子叶柄中游离IAA含量水平的检测表明:pH7.0处理降低了子叶柄中IAA的含量水平;ABP基因的表达情况均高于对照组。因此pH7.0处理对黄瓜子叶柄同时具有促进ABP基因表达和降低游离IAA含量水平的作用。...
