The author analyses Marzanna, a figure which is correlated to the folk magical rituals of the Slavs, and focuses on that problem as a part of Slavic mythologic worldviews. Theoretically and methodologically it is based on the model of cognitive definition as proposed by Jerzy Bartmiński.
