中链甘油三酯对阿尔茨海默病影响的研究进展Progress in the impact of medium-chain triglyceride in Alzheimer′s disease
为了研究中链甘油三酯（MCT）对延缓阿尔茨海默病（AD）发生的有效性，分析了MCT在体内的代谢过程，综述了MCT对AD的作用机制，介绍了MCT食品针对AD的应用状况。MCT可能通过抗氧化作用、抗炎作用、减少脑淀粉样蛋白-β沉积、保护线粒体功能以及改善脑能量代谢等方面延缓AD的发生。目前已有基于MCT的食品用于缓解AD患者的病情，如Axona（由MCT组成）、Ketonformula（基于MCT配方的奶粉）等。MCT对AD有一定的改善作用，在日常饮食中合理运用MCT可以延缓AD发生。In order to investigate the effectiveness of medium-cha...
