Nudging and human dignity
<p>Cass Sunstein’s „Why Nudge?“ presents a proposal for nudging as an alternative to traditional regulatory mandates and economic incentive-based regulation. I shall suggest that nudging creates considerable tensions with thick conceptions of human dignity.</p>
