New distributional record of a rare sedge <i>Kobresia</i> (Cyperaceae) from Sikkim, India
Kobresia harae Rajbh. et H.Ohba (Cyperaceae) is reported for the first time from India. Nomenclature, description, phenology, habit, habitat, distribution and illustrations are provided here. The species is known so far from North Sikkim district only.
