INNOVATIVE METHODOLOGY FOR ANALYSIS OF SELECTIVE OBSERVATION
The paper proposes a theoretical methodology of all-round sampled population analysis. The methodology permits to evaluate unknown symptom scope of universe general population with high level of reliability and also evaluate a number of its units having a defined value of the symptom.
