Summary:usiness result of the franchise outlets in food and beverage industry is influenced by many factors including transfer, receipt, relation quality and environment one. This study aims to clarify which and how the transfer factors could influence business result of franchise outlets. According to the authors, transfer factors include business model, fees in franchising including franchise fees and operating costs, operational support from the franchisor. By using the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the researchers recognize that the operational support from the franchisor is the most important factor which has influenced the business performance of outlets in transfer factors. This is a new point in the study of the franchise in the field of beverages, in Vietnam in particular and in Southeast Asia in general.
