Invadopodia enable cooperative invasion and metastasis of breast cancer cells
Cooperative invasion requires the formation of invadopodia in the leader cells, and a small number of leader cells may be enough to facilitate cooperative invasion and metastasis, including non-invadopodia forming cancer cells.
