SMAD2/3 mediate oncogenic effects of TGF-β in the absence of SMAD4

In pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells and patient tissue, SMAD2/3 is shown to mediate oncogenic effects of TGF-β in the absence of SMAD4.
