Intrapulmonary lymph nodes masquerading as pleural metastasis

Abstract Intrapulmonary lymph nodes (IPLNs) are a frequent finding of computed tomography for lung cancer and can grow without malignant findings. Linear densities extending from the nodules are a characteristic of IPLNs.
