Anti-tumor effects of P-LPK-CPT, a peptide-camptothecin conjugate, in colorectal cancer
A peptide that specifically targets amino acid transporter SLC1A5 in colorectal cancer cells is identified and conjugated with camptothecin to show selective cytotoxicity to colorectal cancer cells in preclinical models.
