Blue LED-pumped intense short-wave infrared luminescence based on Cr3+-Yb3+-co-doped phosphors

Cr3+-Yb3+-co-doped phosphors that emit intense short-wave infrared light in the 900–1200 nm upon blue light excitation have been developed.
