PROJECT OF SANITARY SAFE-GUARDING OF “PICCOLE PRODUZIONI LOCALI” (PPL)
This report describes the project realized by Veneto Region about selling small quantities of foodstuff directly from farmer to local consumers. The aim of this project is to combine the protection of traditional local foods and food safety in the same time.
