ORGANIZED CRIME AS A SUPERSTRUCTURE MECHANISM (REGULATORY ORGANIZATION FORMAT) OF "SHADOW" ECONOMY
The article reveals the essence of the "shadow economy" in the system of economic relations, a characteristic of organized crime as an alternative form of self-organization, antagonistic to civil society. The author also displays the forms of opposition to "shadow" economy.
