Description
Summary:The present study aims to analyze the predictive value of certain socio-affective variables in the coping skills of school mediators, and in particular in negotiating effectiveness. We used the variables related to Constructive Thinking and Mental Molds. Empirical research is carried out through a sample of 44 duly accredited school mediators, divided into two groups, with greater and less effective negotiation.   The results obtained confirm, among other things, that these two groups differ in certain ways of thinking and dealing with situations, so that it is possible to generate a profile of those school mediators who have the most negotiating efficiency.
