Medium optimization to analyze the protein composition of Bacillus pumilus HR10 antagonizing Sphaeropsis sapinea
Keypoints Fermentation medium with high antagonistic activity of HR10 strain was determined. Antagonistic crude protein of HR10 strain purified by Ion-Exchange Chromatography. Composition of the antagonist protein of HR10 strain was analyzed using LC-MS-MS.
