'I'wo instruments were used, the first instrument was a questionnaire consisted of 20 itemsdeveloped by the authors, and the second instrument was a structured interview. The validity and reliability of the instruments were assured.A total of 46 faculty members , 27 faculty members from three Saudi universities and 19 faculty members from three Jordanian universities, participated in the study.
