Protein Z modulates the metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma cells

Epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT)-related proteins (Slug, vimentin, and N-cadherin) are downregulated by Protein Z silencing, which significantly prohibits cellular proliferation and EMT activity (decrease of cellular migration and invasion) in non-small-cell lung cancer cells.
