多层钢结构住宅综合经济指标分析

本文对钢结构、钢筋混凝土结构、砖混结构三种住宅结构体系的综合经济指标进行了比较分析,认为钢结构住宅并不十分昂贵,对于购房者也具有较高的隐含效益。
