多时相计算机断层扫描血管成像对缺血性卒中的应用研究进展 Application of Multiphase Computed Tomography Angiography in Diagnosis and Evaluation of Ischemic Stroke
【摘要】 多时相CTA（multiphase CTA，mCTA）作为一项新型颅内血管影像检查技术，可通过追踪造影剂的空间分布及时间变化动态观察动脉峰值期、静脉峰值期及静脉晚期3个不同时相颅内血管显影情况。其特征性影像——“斑点征”可显示不同时相血管管壁的通透性，评估血栓长度及血栓渗透性，并评估颅内侧支循环状态、病变区血管通透性及静脉溶栓效果。本文就mCTA在侧支循环评估、血管通透性检测及血栓渗透性、血栓长度的识别等方面的研究现状和进展进行综述。 【Abstract】 Multiphase CTA (mCTA), a new imaging technology, can dynamica...
