以TA克隆法构建中间载体PUCF1,再构建γ干扰素基因表达载体PBIF1。通过农杆菌转化导入烟草叶圆片外植体。经4轮梯度卡那霉素(Kanamycin)递增筛选,获得抗性植株。经PCR证实其中部分植株已将人γ干扰素基因片段整合到烟草基因组中,从而为成功地建立烟草植物反应器生产人γ干扰素基因奠定了基础。...
