Neutrophil trafficking to the site of infection requires Cpt1a-dependent fatty acid β-oxidation

Cpt1a-dependent fatty acid beta-oxidation is found to regulate neutrophil trafficking to the site of infection in a mouse model of pneumonia and is found to play a role in pneumonia susceptibility in humans.
