Bulk polymerization of methyl methacrylate by novel dinuclear titanocene catalyst systems(新型同双核钛茂金属催化MMA本体聚合)

合成了两个新的同双核钛茂金属催化剂:[(C5H5)TiCl2]2[C5H4CH2CH2OCH2CH2C5H4](A)和[(C5H5) TiCl2]2[C5H4CH2C6H4C6H4CH2C5H4](B),以元素分析和1H-NMR对配合物进行了表征.在Al(i-Bu)3的助催化下,A,B两个催化剂均可有效催化MMA本体聚合.详细考察了聚合时间、温度、nAl/nCat和nMMA/nCat对反应的影响.这两个催化体系的聚合转化率均可以达到85%左右.A/Al(i-Bu)3催化体系在聚合条件nMMA/nCat = 2000, nAl/nCat=20, T = 60 ℃,t=15 h下,所得PMMA的M...
